Ariane Train
My whole life I have found myself doing the work of a doula without having a name for it. I've always felt comfortable in situations where many others do not. Whether it be birthing, healing, times of challenge or working through big changes or loss. Intuitively, I've always known and felt called to support others as they go through change and challenges in life.
After retiring from a 20+ year career of human resources management and executive coaching, it just felt natural to follow my passion of helping others and become a Doula.
Birth is so beautiful and is what our bodies were perfectly designed to do. It is a time when the physical, emotional and spiritual worlds come together. I am honored to be able to help moms feel empowered, courageous, and safe during this time in their lives.

Let's take 15 minutes on the phone so you can learn more about our doula services.

Step 2: free consultation
Then we can move forward with an in-person or Zoom interview.

Step 3: CONTRACT & RETAINER
When you're ready, we will send a contract for you to review and an invoice (for a retainer fee).

Step 4: YAY! time to breathe!
